Air Conditioning Engineer, Cambridge, Up to £42,000 per annum, Permanent, 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
Air Conditioning Engineer opportunity to join our facilities maintenance team, servicing a premier commercial property portfolio across East Anglia.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on a wide range of AC equipment, including Airedale units and DX cooling systems.
- Work with manual compressors and associated HVAC plant and equipment.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and respond promptly to reactive callouts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and facilities management (FM) teams to ensure all works are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems
- Proven expertise working with Airedale units, DX cooling systems, and manual compressors
- Valid FGAS certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards in commercial environments.
