Executive’s Benefits:

• £26,000 guaranteed base salary
• 5% uncapped commission – earn without limits
• Sell high-end bathroom products including smart showers, jacuzzis, and designer suites
• Work in a state-of-the-art showroom with live product demos and 4D design technology
• Structured working hours: Monday to Friday plus alternate short-shift Saturdays
• Sell to a UK-wide customer base with no geographical restrictions

Executive’s Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store, guiding clients through their bathroom renovation journey
• Use virtual reality and 4D tools to present immersive, personalised bathroom designs
• Provide expert advice on layout planning, colour palettes, and premium product pairings
• Promote exclusive online collections and digital catalogues to enhance the buying journey
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to attract, engage, and convert potential leads
• Maintain a showroom that’s always immaculate, inspiring, and aligned with the brand’s luxury image

Executive’s Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales
• A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Confidence using digital tools and VR design platforms
• Bonus: experience with social media marketing or digital lead generation
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A passion for interior design, home tech, and premium lifestyle products
