Coach Builders Responsibilities:

• Dismantling and upgrading interior and exterior elements of trains and rolling stock
• Conducting bodywork repairs: removing dents, treating rust, welding and reassembling metal panels
• Performing corrosion checks and replacing worn or rusted body components
• Fitting and installing new train interiors: floors, linoleum, ceilings, partitions, and seating
• Inspecting, removing, and repairing internal/external panels on carriages
• Restoring rail components using tools for cleaning, prepping, painting, and finishing
• Utilizing hand tools, air tools, and power tools for precision work
• Upholding strong safety and teamwork standards in line with company culture and customer expectations
• Adhering strictly to engineering procedures and company guidelines
