Maintenance Electrician Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarms, and emergency systems
- Maintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Complete digital service logs and maintenance reports using internal systems
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
- Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship & Level 3 SVQ/NVQ or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regs (or 17th with commitment to update)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Experience in FM or Commercial Building Services environments
