Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Processing orders for material collections and deliveries
- Updating and maintaining the ordering system for multiple suppliers
- Providing daily support to managers, including setting up new sites
- Performing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and current
- Preparing reports for management meetings
- Monitoring and replenishing stationery supplies for the department
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Reconciling site and stock deliveries from order to completion
- Keeping reception, kitchen, and meeting areas clean and organized
- Preparing refreshments for client meetings when necessary
- Managing PPE stock levels and distribution
- Coordinating vehicle fleet maintenance, including servicing, MOTs, and tax
- Supporting the creation and distribution of letters/flyers to tenants as required
Experience and Skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
