Technical Manager, Warrington, up to £45,000 + car or car allowance + bonus + pension, PFI experience advantageous.
Technical Manager from a Facilities Management background required in Warrington with experience within PFI contracts and operating CAFM systems.

Our Client is a national expert in M&E Maintenance within Healthcare facilities. We are looking for a Technical Manager to support a new 25-year long contract to ensure it’s growth and success within the area.

The Technical Manager will be tasked with liaising with both Engineers and Clients, ensuring job requirements are delivered as per SLA’s and KPI’s, to provide Technical support, and ensure their service and delivery model is adhered to.

Training and development of the team will be required, acting as a mentor using your leadership and knowledge to keep standards high and your team motivated.
Candidates applying will have a commercial background, with experience in a Facilities Management environment and a successful track record in managing a team of engineers with use of CAFM systems – PFI experience would be advantageous.

This position requires a real organiser and effective communicator who can follow a structured and analytical approach to their role whilst using their Technical expertise to assist the team and manage client relationships.
