VACANCY            Contracts Administrator (full time, permanent position)

SALARY                £19000 – 21000

HOURS                 Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

LOCATION           Outskirts of Hamilton (free onsite staff parking)

Aspirare require an Administrator to work in a fast-paced office environment, based within one of the UKs leading service sector companies, with a turnover in excess of £50M!

The Contracts Administrator will work within a team of 7 Support staff in the Contracts department, along side a further 11 Contracts Managers (who set up and agree the terms of each individual client contract and then work closely with the Admin team to provide all the related documentation and support to their customers).

Typical clients are large organisations with multiple sites, such as Shopping Centres, NHS sites, Large UK wide retailers with chains of stores, as well as Manufacturing companies and many, many more!

You will have at least 5 years administration experience and be an expert planner, scheduler and organiser dealing with contractual planned and preventative maintenance issues as well as ongoing client and customer telephone interactions.

The administrator will have database experience and be used to working to deadlines in addition to invoicing, spreadsheets and invoicing software experience.

The administrator will be a highly practical, interactive and quality attention to detail driven individual and will be assessed on these capabilities, you must have worked in a similar busy office environment and be used to pace. You must be a good time manager and problem solver
