Shift Rotation –
01:00 -10:00 Mon – Fri
03:00 – 12:00 Mon – Fri
13:00 – 22:00 Mon – Fri
17:00 – 02:00 Mon – Fri

IT Helpdesk Support Engineers required to work with a market leading Global I.T Services business, who are currently experiencing growth due to company acquisition, doubling their internal support requirements.

The IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will have experience in various technical helpdesk or service desk solutions and expertise providing support in the following areas –

A variation of office, windows, active directory awareness and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software skills in a technical help desk environment.

Your IT Helpdesk Support experience will be complimented by an analytical mindset, and you will be expected to handle, hold, and own all helpdesk issues to a conclusion with the customer. This role requires strong communication skills, so a natural talent for effectively communicating with people is a must.
