Customer Support Administrator

Full Time, Permanent

Hours – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Located in Bellshill

£18500 – 19000

Large UK wide company with a distribution and office in Bellshill, are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team, due to recent growth in the business, the team are adding to their number.

 

THE ROLE

Handing customer orders, tat come in mainly by email, but some by phone.

Updating database and inputting customer orders

Bespoke Database and daily use of Excel spreadsheet system

Handling of some customer complaints through to successful outcomes

Working closely with the Warehouse, raising orders and passing them on to be picked and packed

Liaising directly with couriers and carriers on outgoing items and tracking any missing items on behalf of the customers

This specific role will involve handling and dealing with the business of the companies’ larger VIP/Blue Chip companies who demand very high levels of support at every stage in the ordering and delivery process.

 

HOURS

Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Salary £18500 – 19000

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous Customer Service AND Admin experience

You will have come from a busy OFFICE environment previously.

Strong EXCEL skills, as well as MS Office/Word/Outlook etc
