Customer Service Agent, Home Working Opportunity , £9.99 Per Hour.

MUST HAVE A PC or LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS AND HEADSET WITH GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION.
Start Dates – 10/05/2021 + 17/05/2021
£9.99 per hour £££.

We are recruiting Test & Trace Customer Service Agents working on Covid-19 NHS Test & Trace campaign. This role is 100% remote working so candidates can reside anywhere within the UK to carry out this role.

What we need from the Customer Service Agent is:
• Inbound or Outbound Customer Service Experience
• Set up For Home Working Laptop / PC with good internet connection and the most recent version of Windows 10.

Operating over 7 day’s per week you must have flexibility – minimum 30 hours per week – rotating shift patterns.
If you have experience working in a Call Centre Call Handling environment or have been carrying out similar work remotely and would like to be considered for the campaign, please contact us immediately. Full training is provided for this role.
