Job Description

Due to an increase in client demands and volume we expect a significant increase in both temp and perm bookkeeping opportunities mostly in the Glasgow and Lanarkshire areas.


If you are an experienced bookkeeper or accounts assistant with current commercial experience, we may have something for you.


Ideal expertise would be a minimum of 2 years commercial experience with skills


General ledger management

Taking all accounts to trial balance

Responsible for all Purchase Ledger and sales ledger invoicing

Supplier statement reconciliations

Responsible for all banking and bank reconciliations

Payment runs

Sales Ledger/Credit Control

High volumes of queries

Adhoc duties as required


Knowledge of Xero, Sage or any other well know accounting package is desired
