Aspirare are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a prestigious FM company in the Manchester area.  Our Client has an impressive and growing turnover of over of £50 million and due to winning large contracts is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Administrator.

This is a Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator and is an ideal opening for someone that wants to be part of a company that invests in their employees and is a growing business with excellent opportunities for development and progression.

This is a permanent position with an annual salary of up to £20,000 including pension, benefits and much more……

 

Duties and responsibilities:

•Assist Helpdesk with telephone calls, emails and enquiries

•General admin duties including scanning documents, uploading information on CRM systems and electronic and               manual filing

•Check and prepare engineers paperwork

•Raise and provide purchase orders as required

•Assist the contracts manager in the management of their contracts

 

Essential requirements

•Working in an Office environment is essential

•Facilities management background preferred

•Working with engineers, contracts and clients experience

•Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•Excellent communication skills are vital
