Administrator, Lanarkshire, Up to £20,000

Aspirare Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator for our client, who are a market leading construction and facilities management business within the UK.

Due to a continually growing order book and the company acquisitions, an administrator is required to assist with scheduling engineers in the department, updating client online portals via online system and liaising with staff and clients via email and telephone.

This role requires an administrator who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, with an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise their own workload. This position offers training and development opportunities, to ensure the successful candidate can carry out their role comfortable with minimal supervision and grow within the business.

Candidates who can focus on the key priorities of the role whilst working under pressure to ensure a satisfactory outcome will be of interest for this position. A team player is required who will assist other team members to get the result whilst working in a positive environment.
