ADMINISTRATOR
Located in the Motherwell area
Salary £18500
Hours Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION

Friendly team environment, within the support office of this well establish manufacturing facility, based in Motherwell, require an additional team member to join their happy working environment.

Covering all aspects of support and office administration, you will be part of an office team of 4, supporting a Senior Administrator, Site manager and Production/Engineering team.

Occasional Reception cover is required, as well as taking calls from customers and processing orders through the bespoke internal database (training given).

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•1-2 years office/admin experience

•Able to travel to Motherwell daily (not on a main bus or train route, so own transport (preferred))

•MS OFFICE experience

•EXCEL Experience.

•Available to start within the next week.
