Administrator Mount Vernon 17K – 20K

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join a robust and busy administration team, within a construction business. You must have had construction administration experience and have at least 10 years commercial administration experience.

The Administrator provide general administrative and clerical support to management and the wider company.

Duties include

•Making inbound and outbound calls to suppliers and staff members

•Responding to email enquiries promptly

•Handling all admin request and queries for senior managers

•Preparing documents inclusive of letters and reports

•Involved in ordering office supplies

•Filing

And many more admin duties

This position would suit, and administrator used to working at pace as well as supreme organisational skills with good verbal and written skills and a strong MS office background
