Plumber, Birmingham, Salary £34,000 to £36,000 per annum, Earn Over £40K with Overtime, Travel Time + Excellent Training Programs! 

Plumber required to work for a successful Facilities Management company in Birmingham. The Plumber will perform reactive and planned maintenance on commercial sites and carry out remedial works.

Plumber’s Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum.
• Potential earnings up to £40K per year with overtime paid at an increased rate.
• Travel time paid at an increased rate after 30 minutes.

Plumber’s Duties:

• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on commercial sites.
• Execute fault finding and repair of water and heating systems, fan coil units and radiators.
• PPM's and general facilities fabrics.

Plumber’s Requirements:

• NVQ qualification in plumbing.
• Previous experience in reactive maintenance and working on commercial sites.
• UK Drivers licence.
