Customer Service Advisor, Bellshill, £14.40 per hour, Temp to Perm, month contract may be extended!

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Customer Service Advisor required to join an established client based in Bellshill, carrying out outbound calls to existing clients. The customer Service Advisor will have excellent communication skills, computer literate and close attention to detail to thrive in this position.

Customer Service Advisor’s Key Responsibilities:

• Calling clients who have expressed interest/ already have an existing relationship with company.
• Upselling and upgrading card machines to clients.
• Scheduling and agreeing deliveries for the card machines.

Customer Service Advisor’s Requirements:

• Excellent understanding for computers.
• Perform effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
