Electrical Project Manager, Glasgow, £45,000 to £51,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance + Pension Scheme!
Electrical Projects Manager required to lead and grow small works installations within a successful facilities business operating across the UK. This company has a strong reputation, a growing client base, and is expanding due to its success in winning new contracts.
This role is ideal for a driven electrical professional with experience in managing projects up to £100K, including tender submissions and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical fit-out projects from start to finish, managing budgets between £5K and £100K.
- Prepare and submit tenders, and accurately price all proposed electrical works.
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Take responsibility for the profit and loss of installation contracts.
- Work with the preconstruction and design teams on tenders and estimates.
- Address any contractual conflicts that may arise during projects.
- Handle technical queries throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Prepare health and safety documentation and coordinate approvals with the Compliance Team.
- Produce regular project reports for internal and client review.
Role Requirements:
- Completion of a full City & Guilds/NVQ apprenticeship.
- Proven track record of delivering electrical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing contracts and overseeing installations.
- Health & Safety Certification: Completion of relevant courses and holding a current CSCS Card.
- Experience managing installations related to the HVAC industry.
- Relevant experience in the building services industry, particularly in HVAC.
