Handy Person, Paisley, £26,000 to £28,000 per annum + Earn up to £32,000 per annum with Overtime!

Handy Person required to work for a successful FM company on a mobile basis in and around Paisley and Central Belt Scotland. The Handy Person will be responsible for carrying out various water treatment tasks and standard maintenance on commercial sites.

Handy Person will receive:

• Salary up to £28,000 with opportunity to earn up to £32,000 per annum with overtime.

Daily Tasks:

• Performing shower cleaning and disinfection procedures.
• Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting cold water storage tanks.
• Conducting water sampling activities.
• Conducting temperature tests on hot and cold-water systems.
• Servicing TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
