Full Job Description:

Office Manager, Hamilton, Salary £25,000 to £35,000 per annum + Retail Discount Savings, Gym Membership, and Training & Development Opportunities.


Office Manager required to ensure the smooth running of a busy office within a growing company.


The Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the company CRM system, ensuring workflows are being followed.
  • The creation, implementation, and promotion of policies and procedures.
  • Supporting directors with management meetings, diary management and ad hoc tasks
  • Take part in meetings ensuring confidentiality.
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ensuring HR system is kept up to date and key meetings are booked in.


The Office Manager must have:

  • Previous experience managing a busy, fast paced office.
  • Experience in managing quality management system (ISO9001) – preferred.
