Full Job Description:

IT Support, Kilmarnock, up to £34,000 per annum

IT Support professional with 1-2 years’ Desktop support experience in a similar role required who will be responsible for:

Create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Google Administration console
Responding to technical assistance requests via the phone and helpdesk
Identifying issues and escalating them when they require urgent attention
1st line support· Escalating IT issues to the appropriate channel
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues

The IT Support will be offered:

25 holidays plus recognised bank holidays
4% ER pension contribution
Life Assurance (3x annual salary)

The IT Support professional should be able to communicate with all levels and have a sharp systematic mindset with complete ownership and accountability of all escalation issues and see them through to a conclusion.
