Experienced Administrator required for our client, who are a market leader and are currently winning numerous contracts and growing their team in line with demand.
Strong Administrator required with a natural talent for attention to detail and be able to work to administration deadlines with excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator:
Invoicing and raising purchase orders.
Scheduling pre-planned and emergency/reactive calls for engineers and contractors
Preparing up to date reports for management through online system.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with clients
