Customer Service, Hamilton £18-25K OTE 30/35K

Aspirare recruitment require customer service professionals to work as part of our recruitment team. Due to growth we require additional team members who can work in a fast paced environment and have a successful track record working to targets.

This is an exciting and dynamic role for someone looking to make their mark within the recruitment industry working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

Main responsibilities of the role will include :
– Creating job adverts
– Conduct candidate database searches
– Out bound and Inbound calls
– Building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers whilst being professional and customer focused
– Problem solving and query handling

Essential Criteria:

A successful background in a Customer Service related role.
– Able to work as part of a dedicated team working towards individual plans and KPIs.
– A good decision maker with a heightened state of awareness.
– Excellent communication and listening skills to follow interviewing and questioning techniques with a devotion to learning new skills.
– Able to create adverts, conduct candidate database searches and any aspect of the sourcing needs within a busy recruitment office.
– Worked with targets as this is a target driven role
