Commercial Manager, Glasgow, Salary DOE
We require a Commercial Manager who has experience in:
- Mechanical or construction engineering with a successful track record of project management operating in leadership role with practical experience in the role of a role of Principle Contractor and Principal Designer
- Experience of managing all installation trades including Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Gas works. Design and build experience.
- Exposure to current health and safety practices.
- IOSH Managing Safety
- Financial budget control - The Department P&L account will need to be analysed, controlled, and reported on.
- Managing sub-contractors and partners
- Strong communication skills, client interaction and relationship building will form a key part of this role.
This role will provide the next step for an experienced project / contracts manager moving into a more senior commercial manager role providing a long-term career and opportunities to progress.
