Painting and Decorating Supervisor, £20 per hour, Glasgow, Company Van Included

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced painter and decorator to join an established client who are a specialist in their field of commercial construction and renovation projects.

Painting and Decorating Supervisor required with experience in:

-        All aspects of domestic/light commercial painting and decorating including internal and external paint applications

-        Wallpaper hanging of various types

-        Submitting job estimates to clients to include costs and detailed repair schedules of the works required

-        Liaising with clients via site meetings, telephone and e-mail communications

-        Supervising other decorating operatives within the company either directly employed or sub-contracted

-        Compiling all risk assessments and method statements, as required

-        Approving supplier invoices and trade operatives’ hours

-        General management and oversight of all decorating operatives

-        Dealing with and suitably resolving complaints that may arise

Excellent opportunity for a long-term contract role with immediate Interview and start available.

No supervisory experience required however excellent trade knowledge required.
