Aspirare Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator that has just been released due to growth and business wins.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Maintaining and updating the Microsoft Access Database
Update client web-based portals where necessary
Following up outstanding quotations by communicating with clients, consultants etc. with a view to advising our clients on works that need to be carried out
Compilation of Quotations (Experience preferred but not necessary)
Logging order information on system
The Project Administrator role will also require project assistance to the sales department compiling information for tender submissions and subcontractor communication for pricing information.
An excellent communicator is required for this role, combined with a natural talent for attention to detail and being able to work as part of a team.
