9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Due to growth and new contract wins, our client requires an administrator to join the team handling client quotations and processing new orders.
Enter any new enquiries onto the Database
Produce monthly reports on the department’s performance and outstanding quotations
Review and update client systems with the status of outstanding quotes and orders
Raise purchase orders for materials and parts required, as well as subcontractors works.
Assist with the preparation of quotes where required
