Plumber opportunity! to work for a fantastic Facilities Management business working on commercial sites in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Plumber will provide exceptional reactive and planned maintenance services, engaging with clients on various retail, hospitality, and commercial premises.

Plumbers Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on pipework, promptly addressing leaks to ensure water systems operate efficiently
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls, servicing and repairing sanitary fittings including toilets, taps, and radiators
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards to guarantee a safe working environment at all times
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while working in high-end residential and commercial properties
Plumbers Requirements:
- Completed time-served apprenticeship or SVQ Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the plumbing and heating trade
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in facilities management, specifically performing plumbing maintenance on commercial properties
