Responsibilities:

• Planned and Reactive Maintenance
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Fault Diagnosis and Repair
• Quickly identify faults and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality.
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices throughout all tasks.
• Client Communication
• Liaise directly with clients to provide excellent service and deliver timely resolutions.
• Accurate Record-Keeping
• Maintain thorough and precise service records using our digital maintenance platform.

Electrician's Requirements:

• Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship along with an SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Certified in the 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (18th Edition preferred).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management or Commercial Building Services is advantageous.
