We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join an excellent IT solutions provider in the Glasgow area. The company provide technical solutions to various businesses throughout the UK. The ideal candidate must have experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or salesforce) and have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of sales processes, ensuring all business leads are handled efficiently.
• Support the sales team by managing and processing sales activities.
• Oversee all aspects of the CRM – storing all relevant data.
• Be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries and qualify for development with the sales team.
• Taking feedback from engaged leads – passing on relevant information to the marketing team to improve conversion and marketing strategies.

Essential Skills:

• CRM knowledge (Salesforce or HubSpot) Essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in driving sales processes.
• Exceeding sales targets set by the business.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting solutions.
