We are looking for a skilled and motivated Facilities Technician to join a leading Facilities Management company, working across a variety of commercial sites in the Lanarkshire area. In this key role, the Facilities Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of building and site maintenance, ensuring that facilities are running efficiently and safely. This includes performing routine inspections, addressing repair needs, and maintaining systems to meet the highest standards of operation. Daily Duties Include:

• Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and general building maintenance.
• Handling minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and blockages.
• Carrying out fabric maintenance, such as painting and joinery work.
• Conducting water hygiene tasks, including monitoring water temperatures, servicing TMVs, and flushing outlets weekly.
• Providing excellent customer service on-site, interacting with clients and the public.
