Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with the coordination of trades, labour, and materials to ensure the project progresses according to schedule.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to attend regular meetings, follow all Sales/Build protocols, and manage show home inspections.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by the Site Manager, including stepping in as their deputy when necessary.
- Help manage and support the Construction team by ensuring they are adequately resourced, guided with clear responsibilities, and receive the necessary training and support to succeed.
- Provide outstanding customer service, following company guidelines to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Experience managing and working within structured construction schedules and project timelines.
- Ability to lead on-site teams, trades, and labour to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet evolving business requirements.
- Chartered Institute of Builders membership, NVQ in Construction Management, or extensive experience as a tradesperson with broad knowledge across construction disciplines.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including compliance with Health and Safety regulations, NHBC standards, and Building Codes. Strong ability to handle customer service challenges and deliver solutions in a construction environment.
