Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage on-site activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, to specification, and safely.
• Lead Team: Supervise and coordinate workers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, provide safety equipment, and conduct regular checks.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality and address issues promptly.
• Resource Management: Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and maintained.
• Documentation & Reporting: Track daily activities and report progress to the project manager.
• Schedule Management: Ensure tasks meet project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve site issues.
• Training & Development: Train team members to ensure efficient, safe work practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address on-site challenges.
• Site Cleanliness: Maintain site organization and follow hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in all aspects of groundworks.
• Must hold a valid and current CSCS Card.
