Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofing systems (flat, pitched, slate, tiles, etc.).
- Working with roofing materials such as shingles, felt, lead, and tiles.
- Ensuring roofs are watertight and secure.
- Carrying out roof inspections and assessments.
- Replacing damaged roofing materials and repairing leaks.
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a roofer (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
- Experience with both flat and pitched roofs.
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
