• Manage the implementation of Community Wealth Building Action Plan goals for each project.
• Partner with commercial teams to integrate community wealth building standards into the supply chain.
• Track and provide updates on the achievement of local supply chain engagement targets.
• Support procurement strategies that enhance economic benefits for the local community.

• Ability to coordinate local job opportunities through community-based employment programs.
• Ability to contribute to the development of training pathways related to construction careers.
• Able to foster and sustain partnerships with local schools, colleges, universities, and training organizations.
• Ability to arrange site visits and skills development sessions in partnership with training providers.
• Provide support curriculum-related activities in collaboration with educational institutions.
• Able to provide and oversee student work experience placements.
• Track and report on employment-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project.
