Key Responsibilities:
- Apply 2K paint systems to a range of components, ensuring a high-quality, professional finish
- Prepare and prime surfaces using body fillers, sanding equipment, and other prep tools
- Deliver smooth and consistent paint application in line with technical specifications
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards
- Read and follow job sheets, colour codes, and detailed paint specs accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised spray booth to support consistent output
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional paintwork results
Requirements:
- Time-served Spray Painter with formal qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record in automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial spray painting
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality finishes
- Solid knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
