Directors Spread the Entrepreneurial Spirit to Students

Aspirare directors Scotland Martin McCrum and Giles Plenderleith divulged the secrets of their success at a recent presentation to the entrepreneurship students of Paisley University.
The pair were invited to share their knowledge following the successful growth of the company. Their inspiring presentation focused on the duo's entrepreneurial spirit, the benefits and drawbacks of running a business and their desire to succeed.

Martin and Giles have several years experience in the recruitment industry, and they have both felt that the service offered within the industry has lacked quality and a personal approach. This belief led to their decision to launch Aspirare in 2002.

Almost four years on Martin and Giles are delighted with the quality service provided by the company. The directors are also both looking forward to working further in partnership with Paisley University. The university is currently working on a Knowledge Transferred partnership with Aspirare, the purpose of which is to implement an innovative CRM-based strategic marketing plan in order to increase the level of service offered to both candidates and clients.
