Martin is one of Aspirare's two Managing Directors and has over 15 years' recruitment experience.
As the former founder of a large Glasgow-based recruitment agency, he has gained an in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry which has enabled him to identify key methods for bridging gaps in the market and bring about the creation of Aspirare.
Martin adopts a hands-on managerial approach and enjoys his mentoring role within the company. He also oversees the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the company's quality management procedures in-line with the company's ISO accreditation and database management.
His focus on the delivery of quality service and high professional standards means he is always looking for ways of improving the already enviable skills and performance levels achieved by Aspirare's expert consultants.

Giles is also one of Aspirare's Managing Directors and has many years' experience within the recruitment industry in both Glasgow and London.
Unlike many other recruitment agencies which focus solely on targets at the expense of client relationships, Giles ensures that Aspirare's consultants focus on building and maintaining long-term client partnerships irrespective of company size.
This approach allows Aspirare to really get to know the systems, services, skills and specific needs of each and every one of its clients, and to guarantee a level of service unique in the industry that has clients returning to Aspirare time and time again.
Giles takes an active involvement with Professional coaching and training to enable the team to translate the very latest in industry knowledge, tools and skills into powerful client resources.
Giles used to play professional football and enjoys a game whenever he has some spare time. He's a regular visitor to the gym and likes to unwind with a round of golf at the weekend.

Stuart is Aspirare's Infrastructure Manager which includes system development, the implementation of new technology, marketing and training.
His background in IT and Sales for such major blue chip companies as BT, Hewlett Packard and Toshiba, together with his considerable knowledge of the sectors, has proved an invaluable asset to our clients and consultants.
Stuart enjoys his wide working remit which encompasses all aspects of client and candidate management, Aspirare’s online strategy, internal training, quality assurance, supervising assessment centres, and candidate screening and placement.
In his free time, Stuart enjoys playing rugby. He also plays the guitar, and designs websites.

This is Lauren's third year as a Recruitment Consultant for Aspirare. She heads our department for the Commercial, Administration and Customer Service sectors.
Her strong interpersonal skills have made her a hit with our clients with whom she has established many successful professional partnerships.
Lauren values the ongoing mentoring and coaching development opportunities she has received and will soon be sharing her knowledge and skills by training and supporting new members of her fast-growing team.
When not working, Lauren enjoys visiting the gym to keep fit and socialising with friends.

She may be one of Aspirare's newest consultants, but since her arrival earlier this year Juliann has hit the ground running. Responsible for the commercial sector, she enjoys her wide remit of liaising with both clients and customers from a number of areas including administration, accounting, legal and paralegal, and customer service.
Indeed, Juliann comes to us with a strong track record in customer service having previously worked for Vauxhall as a customer service advisor.
With a focus on recruiting for retention, her strengths lie in building relationships with clients and job-seekers by paying careful attention to their needs and matching the right candidates to the right jobs.
Juliann is a big film fan. She also enjoys socialising and visiting the gym.

Heather is Aspirare's Office and Sales Support Consultant which involves both supporting the sales team and carrying out a wide variety of office administration tasks. Heather also shares responsibility for the company's Health & Safety compliance and was recently awarded an ISO 9001:2000 Certificate in Internal Auditing, an area which also falls under her office support remit.
For Heather, the fact that no two days in the Aspirare office are ever the same is a decided bonus. Additionally, the constant energy generated by her colleagues through their professionalism and drive is something she finds extremely motivating.
Heather appreciates the ongoing learning and training opportunities provided by the company to enhance existing skills and develop new ones.
In her spare time, she enjoys driving and keeping fit by playing football.
