Helpdesk vacancy to support the Internal Pre Sales / Post Sales functions for a thriving Glasgow based telecomms and network provider.

This role involves 1st level technical support, client and customer issues and queries, fault Logging, ordering and tracking of customers orders of technical equipment and escalating calls to 2nd level support.

Ideally you will have a technical mindset but the ability to learn would be considered.

The individual must be, a good communicator with excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Experience in a similar role is preferred
