The role will involve a high level of organisation, dealing with client orders and processing them accordingly, organising transportation and liasing with carriers, making sure all documentation is correct with client order and all paper work is processed through system making sure all relevant paper work is attached to appriopriate dispatch and dealing with any telephone enquiries.
The ideal candidate will be very effecient, organised and punctual, used to working in a fast pace environment and deadlines. Have excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate on all levels with other members of staff and Customers. Administration and a high level of Customer Service is essential
